Inclusive Sessions for Deaf/Hard of Hearing Children in Ealing

Help shape the future of Southall

Ealing Council is inviting local residents, businesses, and organisations to share their views on early ideas for a 10-year economic vision for Southall, including the Broadway, the Green and industrial areas, and on the improvements that could be made around Southall Station and the Merrick Road area to create a more vibrant place. We want to hear from everyone — whether you live, work, study, shop, run a business, or spend time in the area.

Take the survey here: Help shape the future of Southall | Ealing Council

The survey will be open until 5 July 2026 and takes around 5–10 minutes to complete.

It is available in a range of languages including Punjabi, Polish, Somali, Ukrainian, Tamil, and Urdu.

Drop-in events

If you would like to find out more and share your views in person, there are two drop-in events with Ealing Council’s Regeneration, Investment and Jobs team will be at the Southall Dominion Centre lobby (112 The Green, Southall, London, UB2 4BQ) on Tuesday 30th June 2026 (3-6pm)

If you have any queries, would like more information, or need help completing the survey, please contact: regeneration@ealing.gov.uk

Getting the MenB vaccine ahead of starting university or college

Meningococcal disease is a serious but uncommon illness caused by meningococcal bacteria. It can lead to meningitis – inflammation of the lining of the brain – and sepsis. Meningococcal disease is life-threatening and can result in life-changing disabilities such as amputations, hearing loss, and brain damage. It is fatal in around 10% of cases.

Getting two doses of the MenB vaccine before the autumn term is one of the most important things young people can do to protect themselves. The second dose provides the full protection, so it is essential to have both.
